She can change herself to look like other alternate universe versions of herself and remember everything from every universe. Heck, she's even the gaurdian of all Undertale universes. How did this happen you ask? This Chara happened to get bored of just staying in the same universe that had the same characters and monsters, as well as the same plain old Pacifist, Neutral and Genocide routes that she and Frisk had been through countless times. She decided to try something new. Chara learned from Core!Frisk, a human that has eyeless sockets from falling into the CORE of The Underground in their universe, how to be able to travel to other universes. Soon, Chara not only was able to travel to other universes but she could also change her entire being into the universe she traveled to. This Chara is unlike the Charas that people believe is a pure megalomaniac. This Chara is the human that was saved by Frisk. She learned to control the hatred and megalomaniac within herself.
